About Kasia
I’m Kasia — a Level 3 qualified PT, gym discipline mentor, and someone who knows first-hand that training isn’t always about muscles or macros. Sometimes it’s about having the grit to keep moving when life doesn’t go to plan. My body has been through surgeries and setbacks, and limitations that could have been excuses — but instead, they became my fuel. I’ve learned how to train smart, push hard, and stay consistent even when motivation fades. That’s why my coaching isn’t just about fitness. It’s about discipline as a lifestyle — building strength in the gym that carries into your work, relationships, and mindset. I won’t promise “easy.” What I will promise is that if you train with me, you’ll build discipline that lasts longer than any programme.

Free 30 minutes Consultation. With 10h pack you will get up 5 x 10 minutes Daily Check-ins and 20 minutes reflections per week With 5h pack you will get 20 minutes reflection per week. Sessions are 50 minutes long. Not accepting single sessions.
