About Sara
"Playing piano became my primary language after I graduated from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. You will find that my approach reflects 13 years spent balancing studio work and stage performance to create practical musicality. I guide students through rhythm and timing, pedalling technique, and grade exam prep like ABRSM or Trinity.
We also refine sight playing and chord voicing to ensure you hear clear progress. These days, I enjoy the quiet focus of my home studio."

"Struggling with stiff hands is often a sign of misplaced tension rather than a lack of effort. Paradoxically, the most expressive playing happens when we intentionally relax into the keys.
During our first meeting, I conduct a diagnostic playing assessment before we set a learning plan. This allows us to map out your specific goals based on my 13 years of experience. We keep the work grounded in real pieces so that the music remains enjoyable and vital."
