About Megan
My name is Megan, I am a mindfulness teacher for children, adolescents, and adults, in the Eline Snel method. The goal is to be present with our bodies, thoughts, needs and emotions and to learn how we can cope effectively with stress. We can also work on specific desired goals. By proposing mindfulness sessions through Skype I hope to be able to reach out to as many people as possible, and to support people who might find these times particularly stressful. I have many years of experience teaching mindfulness and stress-reduction techniques to children and adults in the humanitarian field. I am very patient and will adapt to the needs and expectations of each person. Previous knowledge of the practice is not necessary, this is just about taking some time for yourself.

My teaching method is based on the person's needs. The courses can be very structured, according to specific mindfulness protocols, but can also be flexible if you have specific needs or desires. The sessions can be based on one-time practices, or can be organized as a sequence in which each session has a different focus. In general, the course offers a combination of breathing techniques, guided meditations, movement, and sometimes storytelling.
