About Magdalena

Hello, I am Magdalena, the founder of MagaKolibri Movement & Art Mindfulness Practice. I lead Guided Meditation with Visualization, as well as I organize Retreats in Nature. I want to welcome you in this space of wellbeing, movement, art and mindfulness, where you can find a holistic connection between your Body, Soul and Mind. My healing background refers to different practices of movement and dance techniques, as well as energy healing, visualization meditation and mindfulness practices through art. My own journey led me to share with others what I have already learned and what still helps me to encounter Peace, so you could benefit from the same healing experience. Hope to see you soon at our next session.

About the lesson

The meditation sessions with me start from grounding and calming down the nervous system as a preparation for entering a state of a guided meditation.
Slowly led by my voice you will encounter yourself in a state of peace following the meditation that I sense at the moment of our session.
Every session is unique and very powerful, as based on the felt energy I guide you through the visualisation experience which purpose is to feel your Soul expanded and connected with your being.
After the session you feel peace and connection with yourself.
The sessions might be sometimes accompanied by the sound therapy, or be done in silence, depending what we will feel at the moment.
