My teaching method is very hands on i like to start with vocabulary words first then introduce sentence structures, GLOSS, some history, and mostly how to properly speak the language. I use a lot of note cards/vocab lists to keep new signs fresh in my mind.

Maddie is a friend of mine and recently introduced me to ASL. Since she began teaching me, I have caught on pretty quickly with basic vocabulary and sentence structuring. She is reliable and patient. She has given me many resources to practice with on my own as well.
