About Violeta
Hello everyone!
My name is Violeta, I am a girl from Seville and I have recently finished my Physiotherapy studies.
I have always been enthusiastic about sports, and among the ones that I have practiced the most are Olympic rowing, crossfit or climbing. That is why I am more than familiar with different forms of physical training and, after having guided and advised some family and friends in their work, I have decided to go one step further and open up to you.
Working with me, you will learn the correct execution of the exercises, we will do training both full body and focused on specific muscle groups, both cardio-pulmonary resistance and muscle strengthening, both aerobic and anaerobic... together we will design a program that you like and that make you achieve your goals!
