About Xenia
I graduated from the University of Colorado in 2019 and, up until recently, have been working as an English Teacher in Russia. In 2021, I was in Uzbekistan as a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant where I worked in a local high school. As a university student, I tutored at Kumon for three years, held English language workshops in Lebanon for Syrian refugees, taught piano as part of my degree requirement and tutored some of my classmates in Russian. Aside from teaching, I enjoy traveling and absorbing new cultures, learning new languages, hiking, biking, and running.

I have been working as a tutor and a teacher for the last 5 years and, thus, I have a lot of experience with all age groups. I try to build trusting relationships with all my students and to connect with them on a deeper level so that I can effectively help them work through what is most difficult for them. Though I am most experienced in teaching English, I also have experience tutoring and teaching math, music and Russian.
