About Ribeka
I'm graduated in Choro Percussion from Tatuí Conservatory, and I am currently a student of the Advanced Level of the Popular Percussion course at EMESP Tom Jobim.
Despite my studies in music schools, I started my studies without any prior knowledge. So, I know that it is not necessary to "bw boen with talent" to do music, and I also try to understand the difficulties that beginning students feel in learning music (I've faced many during my musical journey!)
So, I seek to understand the student's wishes, but without forgetting the music theory.

Lessons of Animal Skin Pandeiro, for beginners.
We will work on the main rhythms of Brazilian music, such as samba, choro, forró, baião, maracatu, xote, etc.
In addition to the technical part of the instrument, we will work on theoretical rhythmic concepts, in addition to musical perception and appreciation, through songs suggested in class and also those brought by the student. ;)
Women and LGBTQA+ community are welcome, once I fight to reduce gender inequality for musicians around the world.

Ser formada pelo Conservatório de Tatuí e aluna do nível avançado na EMESP é para poucos, e ela ainda é paciente e super didática! Se pensa em prestar o processo seletivo dessas duas instituições, eu recomendo! As aulas dela são sempre cheias de energia, alegria, conteúdo de qualidade e paixão à música.
Conheço a Ribeka de vê-la tocar em diferentes grupos de SP, dos mais variados estilos e ritmos. A Ribeka está em constante aperfeiçoamento, é formada pelo tradicional conservatório de Tatuí/SP e estuda atualmente na EMESP. É uma excelente percussionista, com destaque para o pandeiro. Chorona profissional (rsrsrs), domina este estilo com maestria e expertise. Além de tudo isso é uma ótima pessoa, paciente e simpática.
Já trabalhei muitas vezes com a Ribeka e fiz aulas com ela. É uma pessoa e profissional incrível! Tem muita técnica no instrumento, teoria e prática musical. É bastante dedicada, organizada e paciente. Super indico as aulas!!!
