About Camille

A graduate of Centrale Paris in artificial intelligence and an engineer by training, I have been supporting my students on a daily basis for 4 years to allow them to gain confidence in their abilities to achieve their goals.
Convinced that success revolves around motivation, work and a good method, I am passionate about teaching and I gladly help students in difficulty or wishing for support or deepening.

About the lesson

Specialized in supporting college / high school students in all fields, I work both with students in difficulty and with students wishing to deepen their knowledge.

My personal experience of my career as a The student as well as my practical teaching experience lead me to particularly insist on the working method, allowing to work effectively to bring the best results.

** Course 1: definition of objectives + evaluation of the method and level **

During the first lesson, I define with the pupil the objectives of the lesson as well as his way of working. I base myself on his history, his background, his working method, the time allocated to his work and his latest results. I observe in particular through an evaluation based on classic exercises, its level and its problem-solving methodology.
I also ask for the school program followed by the class to evolve at the pace of the class and be a real support.

** Goals: your goals are mine! **

I work on methodology in the service of practical efficiency. Passing an exam or a test is the result of theoretical know-how and a calm and efficient state of mind.
During the lessons, we define the objectives of the session with the student and work on the concepts requested.

Theoretical notions are taught based on the teacher's course, emphasizing the important points, explaining the course point by point and detailing the mechanics of the course so as to allow a deep understanding of the courses to make rote learning disappear. Theoretical notions are put in relation with practical applications of increasing difficulty to learn by doing.

The evaluations or exercises are reworked and understood in depth. I teach my students the right questions to ask themselves, the right reflexes to see, the right information to collect when faced with an exercise.

** Follow-up **

For each chapter, we build with the student a summary sheet of the theoretical and practical notions to remember (theoretical points to remember, classic exercises namely do perfectly, exercises more difficult to work on).

I am also available in my free time to answer the student's questions during the realization of his work outside the session, to avoid him running up unnecessarily on a notion !
