About Sylvia
As a tutor I have seen all types of tutoring situations in the real world. I have seen what sets a path for success in achieving a student's dream sound. I am open minded and welcome students to have input in lessons so as to create a friendly and inspirational experience. In every lesson, skills like sight-reading, the learning of new pieces, improvisation techniques where appropriate, and exercises are all included for a rounded approach as well as developing aural skills.
Part of playing an instrument is knowing how to perform well and once skill is achieved, tools are given on how to perform well.
Part of every lesson is the inclusion of music theory so as your investment gets the desired result in the best way possible.
