About Doga
International Relations, Politics and Psychology:
I have 3+ years of experience in Politics, and International Relations in both my Bachelor and Masters (which I am currently half way through) . Having lived in six countries, I understand that each culture and country has their own lens go analysis, I therefore aim to illustrate a sense of neutrality and objective assessment when it comes to international relations. Furthermore, as required by my degree, I have extensive knowledge with quantitative analysis, specifically using the program SPSS. Additionally, I have completed my minor in Psychology, if the student desires, I can provide a unique lens of politics when psychology is also applied.
Fitness:
Having lost approximately 15+ kg myself I can understand the sheer pressure and mental drainage that comes with weight loss. I used to be skeptical when it came to people telling me the benefit of sports and a balanced lifestyle on mental health, until I tried it myself. I began dedicating time for my goals for the past 3+ years, and have then collected extensive knowledge and experience in fitness. Whether it be building muscle, weight loss, or body recomposition, a healthy lifestyle can not only be fun, but can lift the weight of pressure of other dieting methods which can leave students hungry, irritable and unsatisfied. The key is to build sustainable and interesting goals per student, in their own areas of interest.

My teaching mythology is based on building a strong foundation for the student, regardless of level. The student will first be able to fully understand and connect basic ideas and concepts. We will then build to the extent and complexity the student desires. At the beginning of each lesson, the student and I will go over any questions the student may have either from previous lessons or in general. We will have an informal discussion per class where I can see and assess the students understanding and see where we can build together. Each lesson will be ranging from 30-60 minutes, as the student desires. I teach students in any age range.
Fitness:
My teaching methodology in fitness consists of three sections, (1) mental health, (2) fitness and (3) nutrition. Having 3+ years in the fitness realm myself, I understand not only the physical, but the mental pressures that come with any goal a student may set. Having lost 15kg+ myself, I have extensive knowledge and experience in nutrition and fitness. I aim to teach any student of any age and level. Each lesson will range from 30-60 minutes, with the first lesson being a general consultation about life style and mental health, the student and I will then create a personalised plan based on their goals. To process to reach a healthy lifestyle does not need to be torturous, it canonfact be the exact opposite. I aim to be able to allow my students to carry on their own journey towards fitness with curiosity and ambition.
