About Alejandro
Hello! I'm Alejandro Torres, a graduate in Sports from the National Pedagogical University, and passionate about teaching through sports. Throughout my professional career, I've worked on IDRD programs like Ciclovía, where I served as a Route Leader, and Al Colegio en Bici (To School by Bike), promoting safe cycling and supporting the learning process for children, teenagers, and adults. I firmly believe that anyone can learn to ride a bike or improve their technique with the right methodology, patience, and professional guidance. That's why my classes are designed so that each student progresses at their own pace, gains confidence, and enjoys the process. My goal is not just to teach you how to ride a bike, but to help you do it safely, with good technique and independence, so you can enjoy cycling as a sport, a means of transportation, or a recreational activity. If you're looking for a committed, patient, and professionally trained instructor, I'd be delighted to guide you through this journey. It will be a pleasure to help you achieve your goal!

My methodology is based on progressive, personalized, and safe learning, adapted to each student's age, level, and goals. As a graduate in Sports from the National Pedagogical University and with experience in IDRD programs like Ciclovía and Al Colegio en Bici (Bike to School), I will guide you step by step so you can learn to ride a bike from scratch or improve your technique with confidence. During the classes, we will work on balance, posture, bike control, braking, gears, riding technique, and basic traffic and road safety rules, so you can enjoy cycling independently and responsibly. My classes are for children, teenagers, and adults, in a dynamic, patient, and motivating environment. My main goal is for each student to finish the process enjoying cycling safely, confidently, and independently. It's never too late to learn. If you want to overcome your fear, gain confidence, and discover everything the bicycle has to offer, I would be delighted to accompany you on this journey.
