About Lucas

From my adolescence, I developed a passion for the human body and health. I practiced as a fitness room coach at UCPA and at Gym Studio (Paris XI). It's been 5 years now that I train people to adapt their lifestyle to their physical goals. The results are of course dependent on the objective. In general, motivated customers have all obtained beneficial effects such as: - a remarkable improvement in well-being thanks to a digestive system in better health and a brain less subject to stress. - improved posture (disappearance of back, neck and knee pain) - improved endurance (more resistant metabolism) - general improvement in strength and flexibility. - a reduction in osteo-articular damage.

About the lesson

My mission is to help you improve your fitness in the most motivating, effective and safe way. With sessions at home or outside at the times of your choice: - You will learn to push the limits of your "comfort zone". - You will gradually change your rhythm of life by establishing new habits (diet, training, relaxation). - You will see the benefits of training on your health, your strength, your figure, your muscle mass, your flexibility. My role consists in: - Putting in place a planning corresponding to your objectives. - Compose each session with various exercises and materials. - Support you tirelessly, force yourself sometimes, congratulate you too, but above all, make you sweat and discover your full potential! My specifics: - Trail runner, specialist in running and walking. - I pay particular attention to new scientific discoveries, especially regarding diet, bodybuilding, relaxation and running.
