About Aoife
I am a recent graduate of the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama (Masters Degree) and also a graduate of American College Dublin, BFA in Musical Theatre. I have a lot of first hand experience of drama school auditions, particularly monologue and song choices. I am happy to recommend pieces if needed but would mainly work on acting decisions, singing through texts and correct cuts.
I am able to offer support and advise on the whole drama school audition experience.

My teaching method changes to suit different people. I usually recommend uniting a monologue or song and discovering moments that way. I am aware different acting techniques suit different people and I have experience in different methods such as Meisner and Laben.
Ideally we would read through the selected pieces, discuss them and then put it on its feet and make clear choices to follow for on the day of the audition. This method would ideally work for singing through song as well.
