About Ivan
We went though various trainings as tutors ,considering we’d be working at the high schools with the students.We were expected to act professionally no matter the environment whether in school or outside during an extracurricular activity. I look at myself as a mentor to my students as I truly wanted them to know they could do anything they wanted as long as they showed effort, yes, even if it took a little longer. I too myself ,was a late bloomer.

I was apart of a college program called GEAR UP; a college program that mentors students, by providing in class room and scheduled tutoring services. We were asked to also assist the teacher and made sure the classroom ran efficiently making it optimal for students to grasp what they were being taught. I developed comprehensive understanding and communication skills that helped me truly analyze and help the student, as I was once in their shoes. I look forward to helping you guys.
