About the lesson

In my dance lessons we will focus on exploration and expression using movement tools such as technique, imagination, story telling, observation, texture, and speed. I draw from her experience as a dance artist, and my many years as a dance student, to foster a learning environment that is both comforting and challenging. I will encourage each child to explore their vast range of imagination and physicality. Each lesson will begin with a warm up that utilizes creativity and basic stretching techniques, and will end with a reflection on the days activities.
