professional with a Bachelor of Food Technology(honours)
from The University of Queensland and working experience
both in the animal industry and the agricultural industry.
Currently working in setting up internet of things (IOT)
hyperlocalised economy in a city and state landscape
combining logistics with supply in agricultural and food
sector.

Lessons will be delivered online through 1 hour sessions with extra time for questions.
Classes will consist of learning slides, activities and problem-solving. Some practical activities will be available to do remotely if the materials can be sourced by the students.
