Jessica is an amazing teacher and I can tell from first hand experience. As her coworker in an ABA classroom, she handled every student as a unique individual and made sure that every student got the help they needed. She is able to work to the students specific needs rather than give a general one size fits all solution, which really gives the students a better opportunity to learn the material. She also exhibited a very patient personality due to the nature of the class which had students with special needs in it. She is an all around well balanced individual and educator and will be a perfect fit for this platform.
