About Malcolm
My name is Malcolm Dash and I am a graduate from Lincoln University with a bachelor degree in Health Science. Health and wellness is a big part of my life and sharing my knowledge with others is a passion of mine.
Working with me will be stress-free as I will communicate with you any changes in our plans within 24 hours and will be available 10 minutes before and after each session to discuss and help you get the most out of each session

With my background in health science, you will be able to understand how your body works and what systems make you be able to function daily. Health and wellness are two areas I pride myself in and enjoy sharing my knowledge with others.
My teaching style is unique because instead of listening to me talk for an hour, I will keep you engaged by conversation and explaining and breaking down each topic in a way that you will remember for life
These lessons are targeted for individuals in college but everyone is welcome to join a class to see if they would be interested
