About Hanna
I graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in theatre from Eastern CT State University. I work professionally in the theatre and film industries.
I have been working at The Hartford Stage Company for over two years. My other professional theatre credits include Playhouse on Park and Tecumseh! Outdoor Drama.
I have worked in several areas of film as well from acting to production design.
I have studied many styles of acting including the Stanislavsky system, Meisner, Chekov and more. I am well-versed in many experimental theatre techniques as well.
I have also studied playwriting and dramaturgy. I have worked as a freelance dramaturg and research assistant for playwrights developing new work. I also have several plays that I am currently writing and will be submitting to some upcoming festivals.
I work with a great variety of theatre artists including broadway actors and designers. I have seen the ins and outs of professional theatre and how it operates. I hope that my education and experience can benefit you in your theatrical journey, whatever that my look like.

-Write genuine and realistic dialogue.
-Explore story structure and learn how to spin an enticing narrative.
-Delve into dramaturgical research.
