George Toohey is a Coach+ Personal Trainer at E by Equinox in St James, with over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry coaching professionals, executives, and individuals seeking elite-level training.
Prior to joining E, George worked as an Elite Personal Trainer at Third Space and as a Tier X Coach at Equinox in both St James and Bishopsgate, positions reserved for the club’s most experienced and highly regarded coaches.
With a background in professional boxing, George brings a performance-focused mindset to his coaching, combining discipline, intelligent programming, and technical expertise to deliver exceptional results.
His approach focuses on strength, body composition, and long-term physical performance, helping clients not only transform how they look but also how they move and perform.
