Lessons would be 30 mins or an hour whichever you choose.
my experience is in teaching kids and young people (4-18) but any age and experience level welcome. even if you know karate and just want someone to train with and go over things that’d be awesome too.
I would say my teaching incorporates theory and thinking about body mechanics quite a lot. so it optimises moves and makes them not only more effective but also look better. (first lesson is half price! £7)
