About Muhammad

Hi, I'm Muhammad, a student currently predicted a Grade 9 in GCSE Mathematics with a genuine interest in helping others build confidence in maths.

Having recently studied the same topics myself, I understand where students often struggle and how frustrating maths can sometimes feel. Because of that, I focus on explaining concepts clearly, being patient and making sure students fully understand each topic before moving on. I believe confidence is just as important as ability, and my goal is to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions without worrying about getting something wrong.

Alongside my studies, I've completed work experience with Lloyds Banking Group and Encouraging You, where I developed strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills. Whether your child is preparing for Key Stage 2 SATs or GCSE Maths, my aim is to help them make steady progress, enjoy learning and leave every lesson feeling more confident than when they started.

About the lesson

As a student currently predicted a Grade 9 in GCSE Mathematics, I understand the topics that many students find challenging because I've studied the same course myself. My aim is not just to help students get the right answers, but to help them understand why each method works so they can solve similar questions confidently on their own.

I also offer support for Key Stage 2 SATs Maths, helping younger students build confidence with arithmetic, reasoning and problem-solving in a patient and encouraging environment. Whether a student is preparing for SATs or GCSEs, lessons are adapted to their current ability and individual goals.

Every lesson is tailored to the student. We'll work through topics step by step, practise exam-style questions and focus on any areas they find difficult. I believe asking questions and making mistakes is an important part of learning, so I always aim to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable and confident.

Lessons are available for **Key Stage 2 SATs**, **GCSE Foundation** and **GCSE Higher** students. My goal is for every student to finish each lesson with a stronger understanding of maths, greater confidence and clear progress towards their target grade or score.
