About Sia

I understand how rigorous and demanding the exam process can be, and I know how difficult it is to find a revision technique that works well for you. Having sat both A-Levels and GCSEs, I am well-adapted to writing exam-specific answers and expressing knowledge concisely on paper in time-sensitive situations. To help students understand concepts on a deeper level, I ensure topics are rehearsed consistently (inside and outside of sessions) through exam questions and visualisation techniques to ensure my lessons are engaging.

Experience:
I have taught A-Level Psychology and A-Level Chemistry students before, using whiteboards and providing homework to ensure their knowledge is developed thoroughly.
I work with secondary school children aged 11-16 across London, delivering workshops on Climate Change and Media Literacy, which has allowed me to tailor my teaching method according to students and their specific needs.

About the lesson

I offer affordable, high-quality Edexcel A-Level Psychology tuition. Lessons are 1-2 hours per week, either in-person or online.

Qualifications:
A-Level Psychology - A (1 mark off an A*)
GCSEs - 8 in Triple Science, Maths, and English Language
Chemistry Undergraduate at a Russell Group University

I aim to simplify the Edexcel Psychology specification to ensure students confidently achieve top marks, whilst teaching them to manage their time wisely by writing concisely and including mark-scheme-specific phrases. To aid my teaching, I provide my own summary documents and model essays for each topic, in which I have included information from Examiner's Reports, Mark Schemes, YouTube videos, and the Specification.

Schizophrenia, Depression, and Criminal Psychology in Paper 2
