About Perminder

I am Perminder, a Government School Principal with over 30 years of experience in teaching, mentoring, and guiding students.

I hold three master’s degrees, including a Master’s degree in English, which I completed at the age of 50. My own learning journey has strengthened my belief that confidence, communication, and personal growth can be developed at any stage of life.

Throughout my career, I have worked closely with students from different backgrounds and helped them improve not only academically, but also in confidence, discipline, communication, and self-expression.

My teaching style is patient, practical, structured, and encouraging. I create a comfortable environment where learners can speak without fear, make mistakes, practise regularly, and improve step by step.

My goal is to help students and working professionals become more confident, expressive, and prepared for real-life academic and professional situations.
