Methodology
As an Italian Albanian living in New York, after having travelled all over the world doing education work for the nonprofit sector, I love to expand my students knowledge through structured lessons, which I then rate according to their proficiency. I want my student to love the subject, even when I am testing him or her on what they have learned. I like to find out what my student's interests and hobbies are, and I develop a personal learning plan based on that.
Background
In my 20 years of experience I have taught hundreds of students, mainly in Albania and Italy, as they prepared themselves for the SATs, TOEFL, college admission essays and more. They have been amazing and now as they have gone on with their lives, they still remember me with postcards, or facebook postings from all over the world. It feels good to know I have made a difference.
