About Ashley
I am an MBA graduate from France's top business school who has 12 years experience working in technology companies and teaching/training individuals. I spent the first seven years of my career living and working in Paris, across business development, marketing, partnerships, and brand management roles. Upon completion of my MBA, I was recruited by Google in Mountain View, where I spent four years working in strategic partnerships across both mobile applications and retail shopping + voice commerce. Most recently, I have been leading the strategic partnerships organization for a 3D technology interior design service.
Teaching and training has always been a passion of mine. Over the course of my professional career and education, I have provided private tutoring for the GMAT and French lessons. I have also served as a tech career coach and MBA coach for individuals looking to pursue either of these experiences, and as a formal mentor and trainer for new employees entering Google.

I begin each of my one on one sessions better understanding you and your goals. Every individual is unique, and I believe the best way to helping you excel is knowing what you bring to the table, where you have room for growth, and what you ultimately want to achieve. I ask questions to get you thinking about these key topics and offer suggestions from my own experience, as well as that of my network, as a thought starter. Beyond this coaching, I can also offer resume, cover letter and interview feedback and guidance.
For scholarly topics outside of coaching (GMAT + French), I begin my sessions understanding your baseline. What level of knowledge and performance are you currently at, and what has kept you from taking the next step towards advancement. From there, I recommend a structure and plan based off your specific needs and timeframe to help you achieve your goals.
I am always happy to tweak my own methods to best fit your needs - the best success is reached with flexibility!
