About David
At my heaviest weight (220) I used to be in a rut, binging on fast food and junk snacks all day to make myself feel better temporarily. Now I enjoy eating vegetables and I see fruits as candy now because of how sweet they are to me. My baseline for quality of life is at an all-time high because of habits I implemented at my lowest points. I will teach you that getting a well-defined jawline is 100% possible through daily stretches and lifestyle changes. One key takeaway I want you to know even if you aren’t interested in my course is mind over matter.

Along side with fitness, I will teach you the importance of eating a well balanced diet and whatever your situation is, there is always a healthier alternative and I will teach you how.

David is one of my friends and I think he is very helpful for me with fitness. I am someone who struggles with my weight and he has been incredibly helpful to me in having a plan to reduce weight and gain strength. The plan he made was easy to understand and so were the exercises he planned for me.
David has taught me the importance of being patient and discipline. He was understanding of my situation because once he was in a similar place. I would highly recommend
