About Brodie
I am a passionate French tutor with 20+ years of experience supporting students at all levels, having taught approximately 150–200 learners. My approach focuses on personalised learning, allowing me to tailor lessons according to each student’s strengths, challenges, and goals.
I use a variety of engaging teaching methods, including interactive discussions, storytelling, and real-world applications, to make lessons dynamic and meaningful. Along with strengthening grammar and vocabulary, I emphasise pronunciation and conversational fluency to help students communicate naturally.
I strive to create a supportive and encouraging environment where students feel confident to learn and express themselves. My goal is to help learners achieve fluency and develop a genuine appreciation for French.

I approach teaching French with a strong focus on flexibility, empathy, compassion, communication, and collaboration, ensuring that each lesson feels relevant and engaging for the learner.
Rather than following a rigid structure, I adapt my teaching methods to suit individual learning styles and objectives, helping students progress in a way that feels natural and sustainable. Through empathy and compassion, I build a learning space where students feel encouraged to participate and grow.
