20-year licensed massage therapist Certificates in CPR Holistic nutrition Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Occupational therapy Sports nutrition aesthetics and performance Advanced Pt Sensory processing and modulation occupational therapy Cryotherapy Cupping Body contour TCM am a survivor of a major head surgery at the age of 15, overcoming tremendous odds to achieve a full recovery. Despite losing most of my memory and enduring severe nerve damage, as well as undergoing the reconstruction of my left eye using 168 screws and 18 metal plates, I refused to let these challenges define me. Formerly an athlete, choir and band student, I had to relearn how to learn, and reconnect my brain to my body. This is when my life took a transformative turn when I embarked on a journey of self-healing through travel and immersion in different cultures. Through this process, I regained my physical and mental well-being and discovered my innate ability to deeply connect with others. Over the past two decades, I have had the privilege of assisting numerous clients in their own journeys towards healing and personal growth. Leveraging my extensive knowledge and unique gift for understanding clients' needs and education for self-care, I have made a profound impact on their lives. My true fulfillment comes from empowering individuals to turn their lives around and achieve wholeness. We will meet for 3 sessions a week for 4 weeks. In this coaching course, we will have an initial consult, goals, medical history, and daily habits. Then we will dive into the basics of your body and how to get it to work for you instead of against you.
