Lesson Title:"Crushing Your Fitness Goals"
Objective:
Create a personalised workout routine and nutrition plan to achieve client's fitness goals
Warm-up (5 minutes):
- Dynamic stretching
- Light cardio (jogging, jumping jacks)
Workout Routine (45 minutes):
- Focus on specific muscle groups (e.g., chest, back, legs)
- 3-4 exercises per muscle group
- 3 sets of 8-12 reps per exercise
Nutrition Planning (15 minutes):
- Discuss macro-nutrient balance
- Create a sample meal plan
Cool-down (5 minutes):
- Static stretching
Homework:
- Follow the workout routine 3 times a week
- Track progress and adjust plan as needed
