I'm Alexander, a certified personal trainer with a passion for health and movement. Starting my career as a software developer, I quickly realized my true calling was helping people to grow and achieve their potential.

Certified by Overload Worldwide (they also train the Police and Fire Department), I've built a strong foundation in both theory and practice. Since starting out, I’ve successfully helped over 100 clients achieve their fitness goals.

I specialize in strength training, weight loss, and calisthenics. My approach is holistic, focusing on physical training, mental empowerment, and nutrition.
