About Rupesh
Hello everyone, Myself Rupesh Nehra from Uttar Pradesh.
• Certified from World's best institute (American Council on Exercise) and studied ,gathered knowledge of all top 5 courses in Personal Fitness Training i.e.(Nasm , Acsm , Issa , Nsca, Ace)
• Bachelors degree in Physical Education and Sports with 2 years of Experience in Training.
I have went to lot of gyms and fitness centres and i have noticed 1 thing which is very common.
There 80% of Personal Trainers who are not certified. 10% certified but they have old times knowledge.
There are only 10% of trainers which are latestly certified and gives right advice.
I found out due to these 90% of trainers people are getting wrong results or not desired results which is very bad for this or upcoming generations.
So just want to help you all people out there who are looking for better results naturally (no steroids).
