About Sidus

With over 22 years of wrestling experience, I am proud to represent the third generation of Olympic wrestlers in my family. My grandfather, an Olympic champion and former Team GB fitness coach, and my father, a world schoolboy champion, laid the foundation for my journey in this demanding and rewarding sport.

Throughout my career, I have become a multiple national champion across several weight classes in both freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling. My dedication and hard work have led me to represent Great Britain on the international stage, where I have secured numerous victories in prestigious tournaments.

A milestone in my career was becoming the first wrestler in England's history to win a medal at the 86kg weight class at the Commonwealth Games. This achievement is a testament to my commitment to excellence and my drive to break new ground for British wrestling.

My training has taken me around the globe, allowing me to refine my skills in some of the world's most renowned wrestling nations, including Cuba, the United States, Japan, and Kyrgyzstan. Under the guidance of my original coach, a multiple European Championship medalist and former Olympian from Hungary, I have developed a deep understanding of both the technical and strategic aspects of the sport.

As a coach, I am passionate about passing on the knowledge and skills I have acquired over the years. My goal is to inspire and train athletes to reach their full potential.

As an Olympic wrestling champion for Great Britain, I have spent my life training at the world’s top Olympic training centers, learning from the best nutritionists, strength and conditioning coaches, and Olympic-level mentors from the strongest sporting nations across the globe.

My journey as an Olympic athlete has equipped me with deep expertise in strength training, fat loss, conditioning, and nutrition. I understand the demands of high-level competition and the importance of a tailored approach to fitness that aligns with each individual’s goals.

This isn’t your typical “Level 3 PT” experience—this is Olympic-level training designed to elevate you to your peak performance. Whether you're looking to transform your physique, improve your athletic performance, or achieve any other fitness goal, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
