About Jason

I've dedicated myself to martial arts since 2003, immersing myself in a rigorous, multi-style training regimen focused on real-world self-defence. My expertise lies in practical application, honed through years of training designed for the unpredictable nature of street encounters. From a young age, I excelled in various sports and earned a reputation for standing up to bullies, a commitment that led me to share my skills. Between 2015 and 2018, I served as a karate instructor, empowering women and children with the confidence and techniques to protect themselves. My training philosophy emphasises practical skills, situational awareness, and the mental fortitude necessary to navigate challenging situations. I am passionate about equipping others with the tools they need to feel safe and secure.

About the lesson

I empower individuals to take control of their safety and well-being through personalised fitness and martial arts training. My focus is on building practical self-defence skills and boosting confidence, particularly for those who feel vulnerable. Whether you're concerned about personal safety, want to improve your fitness, or simply seek to learn a new skill, I offer a supportive and encouraging environment. I tailor my instruction to meet your specific needs and goals, ensuring that you develop the tools and techniques necessary to protect yourself and your loved ones. My training combines effective martial arts techniques with fitness conditioning, creating a holistic approach that strengthens both body and mind. I welcome students of all ages and fitness levels, and I'm dedicated to helping you achieve your full potential.
