About Krisi

I am a dedicated Geography tutor who has personally achieved a Grade 9 at GCSE and an A at A-Level Geography. I am now studying at a top university, where I continue to study modules related to Geography.
Having gone through both GCSE and A-Level Geography myself, I understand what it takes to progress from knowing the content to actually turning that knowledge into high-mark exam answers. I can share the techniques, approaches and strategies that helped me achieve my own results, while adapting them to each student's individual needs.
I tutor Geography from KS3 and GCSE all the way through to A-Level, supporting students of different abilities and helping them work towards their own academic goals.
One of the biggest advantages of my tutoring is that I can provide personalised feedback on written work and essays. I can mark answers, identify exactly where marks are being lost and give specific feedback on how to improve rather than simply telling you that an answer is "good" or "needs more detail."

About the lesson

Each lesson is tailored to the student. Depending on what you need, sessions can include: Understanding and consolidating Geography content
GCSE & A-Level topic revision
️ Essay planning and writing
Improving analysis and evaluation
Data, graphs and resource interpretation
️ Case studies and examples
Exam technique and command words
️ Timed exam practice
Personalised marking of essays and exam questions
Detailed, critical feedback on written work
Identifying weaknesses and creating a plan to improve
Rather than simply teaching you more content, I focus on how to use what you know to gain more marks.
Whether you're aiming to move from a Grade 5 to a 7, a 7 to a 9, or push towards an A/A*, I can help you understand what separates different levels of answers and how to take your work further.
