About Lucy
I have over 10 years of experience working with children in a number of different capacities and countries, including in schools, nurseries, youth groups and Girl Guides.
I help my students improve by connecting with every pupil on a personal level and will inspire, motivate and encourage all pupils I work with. As well as imparting knowledge, I strive to support not only their education but also their confidence and personal development.

I always tailor my lessons to each individual's learning needs as children always exhibit mixed abilities and learning technique preferences.
My previous experience tutoring maths has taught me that there is no 'one size fits all' when it comes to teaching. Everyone has their own preferred learning styles!
I structure my lessons around topics my pupils find tricky and request to focus on - classes are for their benefit! - and help them prepare for any upcoming tests.
