Hi, I’m Harry, and I specialize in mentoring empaths, introverts, and highly sensitive people who are seeking clarity, confidence, and emotional resilience—without having to change who they are. I’m a Kiwi educator based in Takayama, Japan, with years of experience working with children and adults in emotionally nuanced environments. As a deep-feeling introvert myself, I know what it’s like to navigate the world with a sensitive nervous system, a kind heart, and a mind that’s always reflecting and analyzing. My journey has taken me through psychology, spirituality, philosophy, and emotional resilience work. I’ve spent countless hours learning how to set healthy boundaries, manage emotional overwhelm, and protect my energy while still remaining open, kind, and present. Now, I offer others the same support I once longed for: compassionate, down-to-earth guidance from someone who gets it. I don’t offer therapy or clinical advice, but I do offer a safe, non-judgmental space to be deeply heard, to reflect, and to begin making choices that align with your sensitive nature. Sessions are conversation-based and deeply intuitive, guided by your needs, questions, and current emotional state
If desired, I can provide pre-session reflection prompts to help you arrive centered and ready to explore
After each session, you’ll receive personalized insights, journaling practices, and tools to continue your growth between sessions
This isn’t therapy, coaching, or a quick fix. It’s gentle, insightful companionship on your journey back to your authentic self.
