About Gala
I’m Gala, an equestrian professional with extensive experience working in the horse industry and currently the General Manager of a high-performance equestrian stable.
I know that speaking Spanish in an equestrian environment can feel very different from speaking it in a classroom. You may know the grammar, but still struggle to explain how a horse feels, understand instructions from a trainer, speak with a vet, communicate at a competition or feel confident when working abroad.
That is exactly where I can help.
My aim is to create a relaxed and professional learning environment where you can practice without fear of making mistakes and gradually become more confident using Spanish in real-life equestrian situations.
I am passionate about horses, communication and helping people develop the skills they need to grow professionally within the equestrian world. Whether your goal is to work abroad, join an international stable, travel to competitions or simply communicate more confidently within the industry, I will adapt the lessons to your experience, level and objectives.

Learn the Spanish you actually need in the equestrian world.
Whether you are a rider, groom, student or equestrian professional, I will help you speak naturally, understand the language used in the industry and gain the confidence to communicate in an international equestrian environment.
My teaching approach is practical, conversational and adapted to each student. Rather than focusing mainly on grammar exercises or traditional textbook Spanish, we work through realistic situations such as talking with trainers and riders, discussing a horse’s condition, explaining a training session, preparing for a competition, working in the stable, selling or buying, travelling with horses or communicating as part of an international team.
A typical lesson combines conversation practice, specific equestrian vocabulary, listening and role-play. For example, we might simulate a conversation between a groom and a rider before a competition, discuss a horse’s daily routine, practise explaining a problem to a vet or trainer, or work on the vocabulary needed when starting a job at an international stable.
What sets me apart is my direct professional experience within the equestrian world. I understand how people actually communicate in stables, competitions and high-performance environments, and I can help you learn not only the correct Spanish, but also the natural expressions and terminology used in the industry.
Lessons are ideal for English-speaking riders, grooms, equestrian students, stable staff and other professionals who want to work abroad, join an international team, travel to competitions or simply feel more confident speaking Spanish around horses.
All levels are welcome. Each lesson is adapted to your current Spanish level, your equestrian background and your personal goals.
