About Dushyant
I am a hybrid athlete who has been doing this for the last 5 years. I have done different kinds of training: Mixed Martial Arts, yoga, calisthenics, bodybuilding, aerobics, animal movements, and training like this helped me to improve my body. Initially, when I started, I was an overweight boy, but after I started doing this kind of training, I lost almost 20kg and gained lots of muscle, which made me more athletic, and I kept getting better at things. I learned lots of things during this process. I want to share all of this with you, so that you don't have to face the challenges that I faced.

The class will provide you with different aspects of functional training, it will involve aerobics to keep your heart health in an excellent stage, it will provide you with animal movement for which our body was made, after a few classes you will be able to do some advanced yoga poses like headstand, handstand, this class will also provide you with some combat skill exercises, this class is the perfect way to train your body in all aspects of fitness.
