Hello! I’m Shyrlei, a professional Brazilian dancer, instructor, and performer with extensive experience in Dance Fitness, Aerobic Dance, and Latin/Brazilian rhythms.
My approach combines fitness, dance, and energy to create workouts that are not only effective, but truly enjoyable.
I believe the best results come when you actually enjoy moving your body.

My Dance Fitness & Aerobic classes are designed to deliver real results while having fun.
In each session, you will:
•burn calories through dynamic dance-based cardio
•improve strength, coordination, and endurance
•learn easy-to-follow routines inspired by Latin and Brazilian rhythms
•build confidence in your body and movement
No dance experience is required.
Classes are adapted to your level, so you can feel comfortable, challenged, and motivated at the same time.
