My approach to teaching Pilates is focused on creating a positive, supportive and enjoyable environment while still delivering effective, results-driven sessions. I believe exercise should feel good as well as challenge you, so I keep my classes fun, light and motivating, helping clients feel comfortable and confident from the moment they start.
Each session typically lasts 45–50 minutes and is carefully structured to include a warm-up, targeted exercises and a controlled finish, ensuring a full-body workout. I focus on correct form, controlled movement and breathwork, while also offering modifications and progressions so that every individual can work at their own level.
I am a Level 3 qualified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor and have been teaching since July 2025, working with a range of clients and abilities. My classes are suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to those with more experience, and I adapt my teaching to suit different needs, goals and fitness levels.
Overall, my aim is to help clients build strength, improve posture and feel more confident in their bodies, all within a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.
