Hey there! I’m Talia — Your Mindset Coach with a Twist! From stuck to strong. From anxious to aligned. From "I don’t know what I’m doing" to "I’ve got this!" I’m here to help you tap into your potential, own your story, and create the kind of life that actually feels good to live. I’m a certified life coach with an Honors degree in Psychology, plus years of experience in fitness, gymnastics, and holistic wellness. My approach? Real, supportive, and a little bit unconventional — because growth doesn’t have to feel stiff and serious all the time! Whether you're navigating big decisions, rebuilding confidence, or just trying to feel more like yourself again — I’ve got you. Our sessions are all about you — your goals, your pace, and your transformation. I offer coaching/counseling in English, both online and in-person (in Johannesburg), and I work with individuals, teens and couples who are ready to feel more grounded, more confident, and more balanced.

I combine life coaching techniques with psychology-based insight and physical wellness strategies to support mental, emotional, and physical growth. I help people tap into their full potential, recognize their worth and turn their goals into action. My sessions are designed to make you feel seen, heard, and empowered. Through a blend of mindset coaching, emotional awareness, and goal-setting tools, I support individuals and couples in creating meaningful change. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready to level up, I’m here to guide you with empathy, insight and structure.
