Hi, I’m Robert — a full-time professional chef based in Melbourne with experience working in fast-paced hotel and hospitality kitchens. Cooking has been a major part of my life and career, and I enjoy helping others build confidence and practical skills in the kitchen.
I specialize in teaching real-world cooking techniques that are useful both at home and in professional environments. My lessons are relaxed, hands-on, and tailored to each student’s experience level and goals. Whether you’re completely new to cooking, want to improve your kitchen confidence, or are interested in learning restaurant-style techniques, I can help guide you step by step.
As a working chef, I understand the importance of efficiency, organization, timing, and flavor development. I focus on practical skills that students can immediately apply in everyday cooking, including knife skills, meal preparation, cooking methods, plating, kitchen workflow, and creating balanced dishes.
