I am an experienced professional with over 30 years in the area of sales, marketing, and business. I have been a communication and sales trainer and conducted many workshops to train senior leadership teams. I have a flair for teaching and have conducted Business Communication classes for college students. In addition to that, I have also conducted management classes for the PGDM program of IMT CDL. I am a corporate sales trainer as well. I am also a certified Gold Career Coach from Mentoria, and a leading authority in guiding individuals and organizations toward transformative career decisions. The student will attend a 30-minute evaluation and an understanding session. This would facilitate the process of counseling and configuring the appropriate recommendation and action plan. In the next step, the student needs to appear for a psychometric assessment for about 2 hours. After the report generation of the assessment, the student would be invited to attend the career counseling session for about 60-120 minutes based on the student’s current status- that will discuss his/her interests, personality, abilities, and recommendation of careers based on all. The Fee is for the session irrespective of whether session is for 60 min or 90 min. The psychometric test will be conducted on an external platform and the student will be given the login ID/password for the same. The interaction with the student will involve the Q n A to uncover the interests and cross-check the personality parameters. The career report will be shared that will highlight the scores across multiple parameters. The Holland's Code, also known as RIASEC theory, will be the basis for the discussion during the counseling session. Apart from the career report, we will also discuss the students’ strengths, developmental areas, and suggest actions. The learning abilities that will be uncovered will be verbal, numerical, and abstract skills.
