About Kyara
Tired of motivating yourself alone? Tired of knowing what to do but not doing it? You do not need another program — you need someone in your corner.
I am Kyara — a certified personal coach with a BSc in Sports Business & Coaching and over seven years of professional experience helping women go from chaos to consistency.
I specialize in fitness, mindset and habit creation. My background spans personal coaching, youth development, performance coaching and lifestyle mentoring.
This combination means I do not just tell you what to do — I understand why it has been hard, and I help you change that.
My approach is honest, encouraging and fully tailored to you. Every session looks different because every woman is different. I listen first, then we move. Whether that is stretching, a light/intense workout, breathwork or a real conversation about what is holding you back — we do what fits you that day.
Sessions are flexible in length — typically 60 to 90 minutes — and can take place online or in person anywhere in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
I work with women of all fitness levels and ages — complete beginners, busy expats, and women returning after a long break. If you are ready to stop starting over and finally build something that lasts — you are in the right place.
