About Sabrina
Passionate about creating a conducive learning environment for each student. After being taught by 8 teachers over the last 10 years, I have a good insight into what makes a good teacher and the importance of building a strong teacher-student relationship. Teachers can either inspire and initiate a strong love and passion for an instrument or completely destroy it. I hope to help children build confidence and skill through my teaching. I am currently working on my grade 8 harp (achieved distinctions grades 1-7).

-Ages 6-13, grades 1-4 - Enjoys tailoring lessons to each student and acknowledging different preferences and learning styles - whether it be through duet games, fun pieces or graded exam pieces. -Lessons would be 30 minutes long for grades 1-4, and potentially 1 hour for grades 5-8 as needed -For the harp especially, true beginners are recommended a few in-person sessions to begin with in order to grasp fingering and handling the instrument. -Currently working on Grade 8 myself for piano, clarinet and harp. Completed all grades 1-7 (21 exams so far) -Self-taught music theory up to grade 5 level (achieved distinction)
