Hello! I'm May-Ann, a third-year college student who is passionate about helping students improve their English skills in a fun, supportive, and engaging way.
My teaching approach focuses on building confidence while developing practical English skills. I believe that every student learns at a different pace, so I adapt my lessons to match each learner's needs, goals, and learning style. I use simple explanations, interactive conversations, vocabulary exercises, grammar practice, pronunciation drills, and reading and writing activities to make learning enjoyable and effective. A typical lesson begins with a short review of previous topics, followed by a new lesson with clear explanations and examples. Students then practice through guided activities, conversations, quizzes, or role-playing. I end each session with feedback, a summary of key points, and optional practice exercises to reinforce learning.
