About Carina
I took French lessons from the 5th grade to senior year of college. I also used to be a "study buddy" in my high school. This means that I would give French lessons to middle schoolers to help them with conjugations and pronunciation.

I teach through worksheets and personal exercises (for example, "Tell me about your day" in French). I am a big believer in repeating exercises in which the student hasn't done as well, to see if they have truly grasped the concept after my corrections. I also love positive reinforcement, so I try to create fun experiences to give support.

If I am being required to travel, I would prefer $25/hour, or whatever covers the cost of transportation (in addition to the $20/hr) as I do not have a car.
