About Maëva
I was fortunate enough to have a variety of experiences in higher education and in the industry prior to becoming a Teacher. This has given me valuable insight in the skills required to achieve well both academically and professionally and transmit them to my students.
I enjoy teaching and do love the subject knowledge and sharing stories about la Belle France!

I trained with the Conti-method and the MARS ears approach during my teacher training. But first and foremost I adapt my teaching to the learner's needs and their interests.
We would start by choosing topics; identifying areas of knowledge and then the gaps in the learning. We would set some small goals. Then work with key sentences, practising them (trap doors, sentence builders, identifying cognates/near cognates), mad dictations, and then moving on to higher structures and tenses practice.
